Two $175 menus total $350. Adding the 22% service charge gives $427 before tax. Two Classic pairings at $75 each bring food and pairings to $500, or $610 with service before tax. Reserve and Grand Reserve pairings are $115 and $145 each.
Book at least a day ahead
The FAQ lists a 42-day reservation window and requires Dining Room bookings at least 24 hours ahead. Cancellations and party-size changes need at least a week's notice; later requests are not refundable. Use the Dining Room option in the official booking flow.
Give dietary notice a week ahead
Allow 2 to 2.5 hours. Email [email protected] about dietary restrictions at least a week before dinner; some cannot be accommodated. Ask about an alternative to beer if someone avoids alcohol or gluten. The Bar has different fees and policies, so read the terms for the room you selected.
