Choosing a non-alcoholic pairing for both diners reduces the listed subtotal by $200 compared with two beverage pairings. That is a useful difference to settle together before booking, especially if you are choosing between several restaurants.
The reservation window and cancellation deadline
Kasama directs dinner bookings to OpenTable and publishes a rolling six-week release at noon CST for parties up to six. The reservation page uses “CST”; check the live calendar's local-time display when setting a reminder. Daytime reservations are not offered. Booking information.
Cancellations within 48 hours incur $325 per guest, and late reductions in party size carry the same per-person charge. For two diners, that is $650 at risk. Cancellation policy.
Our advice is to confirm the final guest count before reserving and put the change deadline in your calendar immediately. Do not wait until the day of dinner to ask a travelling companion whether their plans have changed.
Check the restrictions before reserving
The restaurant lists restrictions it cannot accommodate, including vegan diets and soy, egg, allium and corn restrictions. All guests' allergies must be supplied at least 48 hours ahead. Keep the daytime and evening questions separate when contacting Kasama. Ask about the service you intend to book and the exact ingredients that matter. The existence of a suitable bakery item would not establish that the full tasting menu can be adapted.
Build a realistic visit
The address is 1001 N. Winchester Avenue. We did not verify a published dinner duration, so ask the reservation team before pairing dinner with a timed event. Allow room for the meal instead of assigning it an invented end time.
